TMC is seeking a Project Engineer in Launch Excellence to coordinate introductions of innovative products in life sciences. You will align cross-functional teams, monitor progress, and ensure launches run smoothly from start to finish.

You will work with Quality, Production, Validation, and Supply Chain, identify risks, manage timelines and budgets, and report on progress while driving continuous improvements within Launch Excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or Biomedical Sciences field.
• Strong interest in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or life sciences sectors.
• Experience in project management or cross-functional coordination is a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage launch projects from preparation to execution.
• Align with stakeholders from Quality, Production, Validation, and Supply Chain.
• Identify potential risks and set up mitigation plans.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and budgets to keep projects on track.
• Report progress and propose improvements to optimize the launch process.
• Contribute to best practices and continuous improvement within Launch Excellence.
