Manpower Talent Based Outsourcing Belgium is recruiting a Project Coordinator for an international automotive client. You ensure vehicles and mobility solutions meet all required regulations before entering the market, working in the homologation team to connect engineering, compliance and coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Automotive, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in homologation, automotive compliance, testing, or technical documentation.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced MS Office and SharePoint skills.
• Excellent communication in English with Dutch or French.

Responsabilités

• Collect, verify, and manage technical documentation for approval.
• Follow up on homologation planning and testing activities with internal stakeholders.
• Support vehicle testing with authorities and ensure correct execution.
• Manage certification processes, including Certificates of Conformity (CoC).
• Monitor EU and international regulations (UNECE, emissions, safety).
• Act as key contact for internal teams and European stakeholders.
• Handle administrative follow-up (documentation, SharePoint, reporting, guidelines).
• Improve processes around compliance tracking and data management.

For our international automotive client, we are looking for a Project Coordinator.

Your Rol:

As a project coordinator you ensure that vehicles and mobility solutions meet all required

regulations before entering the market. You operate in the homologation team; the heart of

engineering, compliance, and coordination.

Your responsibilities include:

• Collecting, verifying, and managing technical documentation for approval.
• Following up on homologation planning and testing activities with internal stakeholders.
• Supporting vehicle testing with official authorities and ensuring correct execution.
• Managing certification processes, including Certificates of Conformity (CoC).
• Monitoring and interpreting EU and international regulations (UNECE, emissions, safety).
• Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams and European stakeholders.
• Handling administrative follow-up (documentation, SharePoint, reporting, guidelines).
• Improving processes around compliance tracking and data management.

Who are you?

• You are structured, analytical, and able to create clarity in a complex and fast-moving environment.
• You have a Bachelor or Master in a technical field (Automotive, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or similar).
• You are experienced in homologation, automotive compliance, testing, vehicle development, or technical documentation.
• You have a strong analytical mindset with advanced MS Office and SharePoint skills.
• You can organize and prioritize in an ad hoc, high-pressure environment.
• You take ownership and work autonomously towards deadlines, with accuracy and attention to detail.
• You have excellent communication skills in English, with good command of Dutch or French.
• You have perseverance and resilience in a demanding international context.
