MANPOWER is seeking a Project Coordinator in Zaventem, Belgium, to ensure vehicles and mobility solutions comply with required regulations before market entry. As a key member of the homologation team, you will manage certification processes, monitor EU and international regulations, and liaise with internal teams and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities include organizing technical documentation, supporting vehicle testing with authorities, and improving compliance tracking processes. This position plays a vital role in ensuring adherence to all legal standards.

Responsabilités

• Collecting, verifying, and managing technical documentation for approval.
• Following up on homologation planning and testing activities with internal stakeholders.
• Supporting vehicle testing with official authorities and ensuring correct execution.
• Managing certification processes, including Certificates of Conformity (CoC).
• Monitoring and interpreting EU and international regulations (UNECE, emissions, safety).
• Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams and European stakeholders.
• Handling administrative follow-up (documentation, SharePoint, reporting, guidelines).
• Improving processes around compliance tracking and data management.
