Manpower Talent Based Outsourcing Belgium is seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate the homologation team's daily activities and ensure deliverables meet high quality standards. The role emphasizes operational excellence over people management, acting as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders.

You will oversee planning, prioritization, and continuous process improvements while supporting team members with hands-on guidance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in operational coordination or team lead roles.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in homologation, automotive, or another regulated environment is a strong asset.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and takes ownership.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and fluency in English (Dutch/French a plus).

We are seeking a motivated Operations Manager a long-term assignment through Manpower Talent Based Outsourcing.

Your Rol:

As an Operations Manager you work within the homologation domain and are responsible for coordinating the daily activities of a team of specialists. You ensure tasks are well organized, priorities are clear, and deliverables are achieved on time and of high quality.

The objective is operational excellence rather than people management, acting as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and planning the day-to-day activities of the homologation team.
• Setting priorities and ensuring timely delivery of outputs.
• Acting as the main point of contact between the team and internal stakeholders.
• Monitoring quality, compliance, and adherence to deadlines.
• Identifying bottlenecks and driving process improvements.
• Supporting the team with hands-on expertise when needed.
• Reporting on progress, risks, and key results.
• Contributing input for performance evaluations in collaboration with management.

Who are you?
