Keystone Solutions seeks a Program Manager to lead technical teams on a client site, steering legacy system modernization and a new web-based solution. You will align stakeholders, manage Agile projects and ensure robust DevOps pipelines.

You will oversee integration across modules, ensure Windows compatibility and drive testing efforts while representing Keystone Solutions to the client. Fluency in English and a national language is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with several years of software development experience.
• Proven leadership to unite stakeholders and build a strong network.
• Experience managing projects with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Strong knowledge of .NET (C#), microservices, REST APIs and event-driven design.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, GitLab pipelines and IaC concepts.
• Knowledge of Delphi/Windows apps is a plus and security-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical teams and coordinate stakeholders on client sites.
• Oversee legacy app maintenance, modernization and migration efforts.
• Ensure integration of migrated functionalities with other modules and external systems.
• Direct DevOps activities and deployment pipelines (IaC) for apps and infra.
• Manage infrastructure, networks, systems, integration and CDS/CI pipelines.
• Ensure compatibility with future Windows versions and stable performance.
