IBA Proton Therapy in Belgium seeks a Programme Manager to lead Service Profitability and Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) programs. You will report to the Head of Program Management in Proton Therapy R&D and drive value across Product Management, Service, Regulatory and R&D.
The role requires 5+ years in program management, PM certification, and experience in regulated medical devices or radiotherapy. Strong governance, data-driven decision making and English proficiency are essential.

As a Program Manager, you will lead the Service Profitability and Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) programs, reporting to the Head of Program Management in Proton Therapy R&D. The role is responsible for turning service and product improvement needs into a coherent portfolio of initiatives that maximizes customer value, operational performance, and business impact while ensuring alignment across Product Management, Service, Regulatory and R&D. The first program, Service Profitability, is a strategic program aiming at adapting the way our Proton Therapy centers operate and improve reliability and stability of our system. The program takes place in a context of large growth of the installed base ; has large strategic impact directly impacting IBA's P&L ; is monitored at executive level ; and is already on-going with multiple product developments within R&D and non-product projects coordinated with Service. Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) is a new program responsible for capturing, evaluating and governing improvements to existing product on the installed base. The Program Manager will establish and operate the governance framework, perform value-based prioritization, ensure stakeholders alignment (service, product management, component managers etc.), facilitate stewardship principle in an Agile context and provide visibility on the overall improvement portfolio and its return on investment. The Program Manager works closely with Product Management, other Program Managers and Chief Product Owner to ensure coherence at roadmap level. He partners as well with Component Managers and Product Owners for effective management of scope, priorities and dependencies across the different components of our system. The role provides transparency on progress, risks and value delivery, enabling informed decision-making at senior leadership including executive/C-level.
The total guaranteed annual compensation range (which includes annual base salary, as well as flexible budget if applicable, and car budget in specific locations) for this position is provided below: € [90.000 - 145.300] The salary range indicated above is provided in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements and reflects the typical compensation scope for this position based on the role's level of responsibility, required expertise, and location. The actual offer will be determined on an individual basis, taking into account objective and gender-neutral factors including relevant professional experience, qualifications, specific competencies, and internal equity. The role might also qualify for additional compensation elements such as variable pay, profit sharing, and benefits which are not reflected in this range.
