IBA Proton Therapy in Belgium seeks a Programme Manager to lead Service Profitability and Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) programs. You will report to the Head of Program Management in Proton Therapy R&D and drive value across Product Management, Service, Regulatory and R&D.

The role requires 5+ years in program management, PM certification, and experience in regulated medical devices or radiotherapy. Strong governance, data-driven decision making and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering; MBA is an asset.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience coordinating complex initiatives.
• PM certification (PMP preferred; PRINCE2/Lean Six Sigma may be valued).
• Experience in regulated environments; ISO 13485 knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in medical devices, radiotherapy or proton therapy is a plus.
• Strong business acumen with data-driven investment recommendations.
• Solid scope, planning, stakeholder, procurement, budget and risk management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira) and SAP are a plus.
• Professional English communication; French is a strong asset.

• Translate business objectives into a coherent portfolio of service profitability and CPI initiatives.
• Drive governance, prioritization and arbitration across PM, Service, Regulatory, R&D and Operations.
• Manage interdependencies across components, releases, regulatory submissions and external partners.
• Establish governance frameworks and provide visibility on ROI and value delivery.
• Balance short-term needs with long-term product evolution objectives.
• Provide decision-ready insights to governance bodies and senior leadership.
• Lead additional strategic programs including new clinical feature development.
