Job summary

CellCarta, a global CRO, is seeking a Program Manager to drive client programs from initiation to completion. You will partner with clients and internal scientific, clinical and operations teams to deliver on time, within budget and in line with contractual commitments.

In this 100% remote role based in the EU, you will develop project plans, manage risks, and ensure financial health while maintaining exceptional client relations.

Qualifications

Program Manager

In this client-facing role, you will help drive the successful execution of scientific programs, build strong partnerships, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the organization. Position Summary

The Program Manager is responsible for managing ongoing client programs and ensuring that CellCarta delivers on time, within budget and in line with client expectations. As such, the Program Manager interacts with clients, Management, as well as Scientific and Operational teams to lead programs to completion, drive project progress and manage project financial health.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client projects and programs (multiple ongoing projects for the same client) from initiation to closure
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within the budget and scope specified in contractual agreements
• Manage changes in project scope, timelines and budget
• Coordinate and engage internal resources for flawless project execution
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, serving as the primary client contact
• Develop project/program plans, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility
• Track progress against project plans and set review meetings/dates to ensure projects remain on target
• Intervene to resolve issues and initiate appropriate corrective actions or interventions wherever gaps in projects or programs are identified
• Report and escalation to senior leadership as needed

Qualifications

• MSc in life sciences
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar client-facing/project management role
• Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of techniques for planning and managing projects/programs in terms of scope, schedule and budget
• Excellent client management skills
• Sufficient seniority and credibility to advise and engage project teams to deliver as per contractual obligations
• Ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Work Arrangements

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday during regular daytime business hours, with a 100% remote work arrangement. Preferred candidate locations are Belgium and France; however, candidates located elsewhere within the European Union will also be considered
