NN Group Netherlands in Brussels offers a Program Manager role with a strong focus on delivering end-to-end implementation plans. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across departments, shaping recruitment, budgets, and collaboration while supporting a flexible work setup in the Belgian capital.

• Develop and own the end-to-end implementation plan
• Define, manage and monitor the project budget
• Determine the required implementation team, identifying the expertise needed across the various departments
• Support the recruitment and selection of new talent and expertise across all departments
• Ensure alignment and effective collaboration between all involved teams
• Coordinate the necessary training and follow-up for the Operations teams (Customer Care and Claims Handling)
• Refine and challenge the commercial approach to ensure its effectiveness
• Oversee and guide the implementation across all involved departments
