Elia Group in Belgium seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead one or more infrastructure programs in Grid Projects North. You will define strategy, coordinate engineering, permitting, procurement, and construction while ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You will build a high-performing team, report to the Manager Grid Projects, and collaborate with internal departments to align budgets, schedules and resources for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of infrastructure or technical project management experience.
• Master’s degree in industrial or civil engineering.
• PMI/PMP certification or equivalent.
• Fluent Dutch with good command of English and French.
• Strong people management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Define strategy and follow-up for programs with internal departments.
• Establish portfolio budgets, schedules and resource needs.
• Coordinate permitting activities and governance reporting.
• Lead a high-performing program team and ensure delivery within budget and schedule.
