Elia Belgium, part of Elia Group, seeks a Civil Engineer for the high-voltage grid. You will lead civil engineering studies, coordinate multidisciplinary projects and provide technical support from design through execution.

You’ll supervise external partners, prepare procurement dossiers and contribute to budgets and schedules. You hold a Civil Engineering degree, speak Dutch and French well, and bring strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and good command of French.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and team skills; focus on quality.

Responsabilités

• Develop technical solutions during the design phase for high-voltage civil works.
• Provide input for budgets and project schedules.
• Coordinate and supervise permitting, environmental, and structural studies.
• Inform designers of technical needs to ensure correct execution of the scope.
• Direct and supervise external engineering partners.
• Prepare technical procurement dossiers for contractors.
• Support tendering and execution phases with technical input.
• Ensure quality of civil engineering studies and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and report to the multidisciplinary project team.
