Elia Group in Brussels is seeking a Project Leader to drive electricity infrastructure projects from design to commissioning. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage planning, budget, and stakeholders, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role offers on-site leadership with internal and external collaboration, contributing to the energy transition and the company’s ambitious growth plan.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electrical/electromechanical engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in project leading/managing/engineering.
• Substations/Lines & Cables experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Dutch, French and English; strong leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead electricity infrastructure projects from design through commissioning and closure.
• Define, design, study and implement projects while ensuring safety and compliance with codes and standards.
• Project Engineer: focus on technical development and on-site supervision with Contractors.
• Project Leader: coordinate multidisciplinary team, manage planning, budget and stakeholders; oversee on-site execution.
• Coordinate on-site execution with internal Elia entities and external partners.
• Propose technical improvements and safety enhancements; participate in group-wide infrastructure initiatives.
• Handle complex projects with multiple stakeholders to drive energy transition.
