Elia Group is seeking a Program Manager Grid Projects to lead one or more large-scale infrastructure programs in Flanders and beyond. You will define strategy, coordinate multi‑department stakeholders and manage the full project lifecycle from planning to initial operation, ensuring value, safety and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing infrastructure or technical projects.
• Master’s degree in industrial or civil engineering.
• Fluent Dutch with strong English and French.
• PMI/PMP certification or equivalent.
• Strong people management and leadership across matrix structures.
• Experience in planning, resource, financial, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Define, manage and coordinate the portfolio of strategic infrastructure projects.
• Oversee the full lifecycle: conceptual phases, planning, engineering, permitting, procurement, construction and operation.
• Define strategy and budgets with internal departments CMS, Procurement, Grid Relations and External Relations.
• Establish portfolio budgets, schedules and resource needs with the PMO.
• Report to the Manager Grid Projects on structure and progress.
• Lead and develop the program team and act as the main contact for the program.
• Ensure delivery within budget and schedule and in line with safety, environmental and quality standards.
