Job summary

ABB in Belgium & Luxembourg seeks a Service Projects Team Leader to guide the PMO, manage pivotal projects, and drive excellence. You will empower Project Managers and Service Coordinators to deliver high‑quality service with clear discipline across Belgium and Luxembourg.

The role requires a technical engineering background, service project management experience, and fluency in Dutch, French, and English. Hybrid work with access to The Wings in Diegem is offered.

Qualifications

• A technical degree or equivalent experience in electrical or energy engineering.
• Experience as a (service) project manager in electrical engineering.
• Solid experience managing scope, cost, schedules, and external partners.
• Technical foundation in servicing, maintaining, commissioning, or repairing electrical components.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

You’ll lead our Project Management Office team and empower Project Managers and Service Coordinators to operate with clarity and discipline impact. Every project you oversee - and every project you personally deliver - helps accelerate performance, reliability, and customer value across Belgium and Luxembourg.

Your main stakeholders include: Customers & end users, Project Managers & Service Coordinators; Field Service teams; Supply Chain & Procurement and Finance & Controlling.

This role contributes to the Electrification Service Division in Belgium and Luxembourg.
