MindCapture is seeking a Product Specialist to support clinical procedures and product evaluations across Vlaams Brabant, South Antwerp and Limburg. You will assist surgeons and OR teams, coordinate tests in targeted hospitals, and provide demonstrations, training and onboarding to customers.

Fluent Dutch and good English are required, with French a plus. You will build strong relationships with hospital stakeholders and drive adoption of MindCapture solutions in an international healthcare

• Operating room or surgical nursing background preferred
• Alternatively, a background in medical technology or healthcare disciplines

• Identify opportunities within existing and new customer accounts
• Contribute to regional sales objectives and business continuity
• Maintain regular field presence across Vlaams Brabant, South Antwerp and Limburg
• Provide flexible support for clinical cases, including outside business hours when required

You will work as a MindCapture consultant for an international market leader in the healthcare industry.

Job Description:

• Support surgical procedures and product evaluations in operating rooms
• Assist surgeons and operating room teams during clinical cases
• Coordinate product tests in targeted hospitals with structured follow up
• Provide product demonstrations, clinical training and customer onboarding
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and hospital stakeholders
• Identify opportunities within existing and new customer accounts
• Contribute to regional sales objectives and business continuity
• Maintain regular field presence across Vlaams Brabant, South Antwerp and Limburg
• Provide flexible support for clinical cases, including outside business hours when required

Requirements:

• Operating room or surgical nursing background preferred
• Alternatively, a background in medical technology, biomedical sciences, medicine or another relevant healthcare discipline
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and surgical interventions
• Previous exposure to an operating room environment is essential
• Experience with medical devices, surgical products or hospital sales is strongly preferred
• Comfortable working directly with surgeons and operating room staff in sterile environments
• Fluent Dutch with good working proficiency in English
• French language proficiency is advantageous
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to opportunities
• Highly motivated, flexible and able to become autonomous quickly
• Strong customer focus with the ability to build credibility and lasting professional relationships
