MindCapture seeks a Go-To-Market Senior consultant to support clinical cases, product evaluations and hospital interactions across Vlaams Brabant, South Antwerp and Limburg. The role blends clinical support with demonstrations, training and relationship building in a healthcare setting.

You will work on site with clients, contributing to product adoption and customer success while collaborating with hospital stakeholders and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Education in a healthcare related field as listed.
• Operating room experience is essential.
• Experience in medical devices, surgical products or hospital sales is a plus.
• Strong clinical knowledge of anatomy and surgical interventions.
• Dutch language fluency required.
• Proficiency in English required; French is a plus.
• Customer-facing in sterile hospital environments.
• Self-motivated, energetic and flexible; able to work autonomously.
• Commercial mindset with proactive account development.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical support during procedures and product evaluations in operating rooms.
• Guide surgeons and OR teams during clinical cases.
• Coordinate product tests in hospitals with structured follow-up.
• Deliver product demonstrations, training and customer onboarding.
• Build trusted relationships with surgeons, nurses and hospital stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to support regional sales objectives.
• Maintain field presence across Vlaams Brabant, South Antwerp and Limburg.
• Provide flexible clinical support outside standard hours.
