MindCapture is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead production teams and ensure smooth daily manufacturing activities. You will drive compliance, efficiency and motivation on the shop floor while steering improvements across operations.

Requirements include a science or engineering degree, 5+ years of people management, and experience in biotech/pharma. Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus. The role supports a 4-on 4-off shift, with opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Science, Bio Engineering, Pharmacy, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in people management, leading teams of 10 or more.
• Experience in biotech, pharma or advanced therapies is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of GMP and ATMP requirements is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Hands-on, solution oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Flexible, stress resistant and willing to work in a 4 on 4 off shift system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of MES or EBR is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
