Zimmer Biomet in Belgium is seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist for Flanders to support hospitals and clinicians across northern Belgium. You will serve as a clinical and technical expert, training surgeons and OR staff on our solutions while building strong customer relationships and driving growth in the territory.

You thrive in the operating room, translate clinical credibility into commercial value, and travel frequently to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Clinical or commercial experience within orthopedics and/or medical devices.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, surgical workflows, and the hospital environment.
• Fluent Dutch is essential, strong English is important, and French is a strong advantage.

• Provide expert clinical and technical support during surgical procedures.
• Partner closely with surgeons, OR teams, and hospital stakeholders to support safe and effective product use.
• Deliver engaging product and clinical training tailored to customer needs.
• Support live cases, product evaluations, and educational initiatives on site.
• Build strong, lasting customer relationships and become a trusted clinical partner in the field.
• Contribute to account growth by identifying opportunities and supporting commercial success across the territory.
• Coordinate effectively around case planning, logistics, and customer service needs.
• Maintain high standards of compliance, quality, and documentation in all activities.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Clinical or commercial experience within orthopedics and/or medical devices

Travel Expectations

• Frequent travel across the assigned territory
• Territory coverage across northern Belgium
• Valid driving licence required
