MindCapture is seeking a Product Specialist to support clinical procedures, product evaluations and customer adoption across Vlaams Brabant, South Antwerp and Limburg. You will work in operating rooms with surgeons and OR teams to demonstrate products and gather feedback.

The role offers a full benefits package and opportunities for training and development. Fluent Dutch and English are required, French is a plus, and a background in medical technology or surgical nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Operating room or sterile environment experience preferred.
• Background in medical technology or healthcare disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and surgical interventions.
• Fluent Dutch and good English; French advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Support surgical procedures and product evaluations in operating rooms
• Assist surgeons and operating room teams during clinical cases
• Coordinate product tests in targeted hospitals with structured follow up
• Provide product demonstrations, clinical training and customer onboarding
• Build relationships with surgeons, nurses and hospital stakeholders
• Identify opportunities within existing and new customer accounts
• Contribute to regional sales objectives and business continuity
• Maintain regular field presence across Vlaams Brabant, South Antwerp and Limburg
• Provide flexible support for clinical cases, including outside business hours when required

Job Description:

• Support surgical procedures and product evaluations in operating rooms
• Assist surgeons and operating room teams during clinical cases
• Coordinate product tests in targeted hospitals with structured follow up

• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and hospital stakeholders

• Provide flexible support for clinical cases, including outside business hours when required

Requirements:

• Operating room or surgical nursing background preferred
• Alternatively, a background in medical technology, biomedical sciences, medicine or another relevant healthcare discipline
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and surgical interventions
• Previous exposure to an operating room environment is essential
• Experience with medical devices, surgical products or hospital sales is strongly preferred
• Comfortable working directly with surgeons and operating room staff in sterile environments
• Fluent Dutch with good working proficiency in English
• French language proficiency is advantageous
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to opportunities
• Highly motivated, flexible and able to become autonomous quickly
• Strong customer focus with the ability to build credibility and lasting professional relationships
