ScioTeq Ltd in Belgium seeks a technically skilled professional to support Sales and Product Management in complex solution selling, developing a close relationship with the customer’s engineering team and internal stakeholders to discuss and analyze possible solutions.

You will review technical requirements and SOWs, provide first-line support for integration issues, assist with product demonstrations, manage demonstrator units, and contribute to obsolescence and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Strong technical skill set in a related industry or technology.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Technical problem solving skills.
• Business orientation and commercial thinking.
• Interest or experience in Defense/Security & Air Traffic Control.

Responsabilités

• Review technical and product requirements, T&Cs/SOW, and quotations.
• Provide technical support to Sales and Product Management for Defense & Security and Air Traffic Control lines.
• Be first line support for customers on integration issues.
• Support technical demonstrations and presentations to customers.
• Manage demonstrator unit pool for exhibitions and visits.
• Assist obsolescence management and Product Lifecycle Management; report to Product Manager.
