ScioTeq, based in Kortrijk, Belgium, seeks a technically adept professional to support Sales and Product Management with deep engineering expertise for complex solution selling.

You will collaborate with the customer engineering teams and internal stakeholders to analyze and discuss potential solutions, contribute to demonstrations, and assist in lifecycle management, while upholding ScioTeq's values of ownership, teamwork, trust and respect.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in engineering.
• Strong technical skill set in similar industry or technology.
• Fluent communication skills in English.
• Technical problem solving skills.
• Business orientation and commercial thinking.
• Interest or experience in Defense/Security & Air Traffic Control is a plus.
• Values: Ownership, Teamwork, Trust & Respect.

Responsabilités

• Review technical and product related requirements, T&Cs/SOW, and quotation preparation and review.
• Provide technical support to Sales and Product Management for all Defense & Security and Air Traffic Control product lines.
• Be first line support towards customers for technical integration issues.
• Support technical demonstrations and presentations to customers.
• Manage the demonstrator unit pool for exhibitions and customer visits.
• Support obsolescence management and Product Lifecycle Management.
• Report to the Product Manager.
