Everience is seeking an experienced Product Owner to join a major digital transformation program in Brussels. You will define the product vision, manage the backlog, and translate complex business needs into actionable requirements while collaborating with IT, data teams and business experts.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, fluency in English and comfort with Dutch and/or French, and a Master’s degree or equivalent. A hybrid work model is expected with 2 days on-site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Product Owner or related roles.
• Experience in an Agile/digital environment.
• Strong understanding of the energy sector or data-intensive domains.
• Experience with data products and decision-support tools is a plus.
• Ability to translate expert needs into clear priorities and requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; comfortable in Dutch and/or French.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Location: Brussels; Hybrid: 2 days on-site.

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap and priorities.
• Own, prioritize and continuously improve the product backlog.
• Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with business experts, analysts, solution architects, IT and data teams.
• Lead continuous discovery with end users and expert communities.
• Coordinate sprint and release planning and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and support user adoption.
• Drive Agile ways of working and pragmatic innovation.
• Balance business value, feasibility, risks and delivery constraints.
