amfori is seeking a Product & Member Communications Specialist to translate our ESG products and initiatives into clear, engaging content for members and internal stakeholders.

You will blend product, sustainability knowledge and marketing to create audience‑focused messaging across newsletters, web copy, emails and toolkits, while maintaining brand tone and segmentation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a related field.
• Minimum three years’ experience in communications, product marketing or a similar role.
• Excellent/native level of English.
• Strong writing and editorial skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a cross‑functional environment.
• Familiar with communication performance data and translating insights into improvements.

Responsabilités

• Create clear, compelling and segmented content and communications that strengthen understanding, engagement and adoption.
• Draft, edit and adapt content for different member segments, use cases and maturity levels.
• Coordinate with subject‑matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of all messaging.
• Align product and member communications with the central content calendar and define KPIs.
