amfori is seeking a dedicated Membership Support professional to act as the first point of contact for members, delivering timely, high-quality support and guiding members to access amfori products and services.
Within the Membership Team, you will manage 1st and 2nd level inquiries, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, maintain databases, prepare reports, and contribute to process improvements, leveraging strong communication and analytical skills.

Serve as a first point of contact for members inquiries and provide timely and high quality support to amfori members, resolve issues, questions and help amfori members to access amfori products and services.

Your Responsibilities will include:
Background or experiences in Customer Support or Services
2-3 years of previous professional experience in private sector or member association
Excellent communication and analytical skills
