EPSA is seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist to support core procurement processes and supplier management for a client. You will work with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and data accuracy across procurement platforms.

The role emphasizes hands-on ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to thrive in an international environment, with a focus on contract workflows and supplier onboarding.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of relevant professional experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, or Procurement Operations.
• Previous experience working as a Buyer or within a Procurement function.
• Familiarity with contract management and supplier onboarding processes.
• Experience with Ivalua is a strong asset.
• Hands-on, proactive, and dynamic personality with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and international environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate the contract signature workflow from initiation to completion.
• Support and oversee supplier onboarding activities, ensuring all required documentation and compliance requirements are met.
• Maintain supplier and contract information within Ivalua.
• Collaborate with procurement teams and business stakeholders to ensure procurement processes run efficiently.
• Monitor and follow up on procurement-related requests and administrative activities.
• Contribute to process improvements and help optimize procurement workflows.
