INEOS operates a global procurement service team focused on efficient P2P processes and compliant sourcing for the EU Belgian sites. The Operational Buyer ensures reliable supply of goods and services and supports purchase orders, supplier onboarding and data maintenance.

You will work with SAP, MDG and MS Office, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain supply continuity while upholding HSSE standards and governance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of procurement processes, P2P controls and documentation.
• Ability to create POs, follow up confirmations, and manage supplier data.
• Experience with SAP MM, MDG and MS Office; GEP is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French/German helpful.

Responsabilités

• Procure-to-Pay: Create, manage, and track purchase orders and contracts in SAP with high accuracy.
• Coordinate deliveries, resolve issues with suppliers, warehouses and stakeholders.
• Support Accounts Payable and data maintenance for suppliers and materials.
• Drive procurement excellence and ensure data integrity across systems.
