EPSA is seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist to support core procurement processes and supplier management for a key client. You will coordinate contract signatures, onboarding, and maintain records in Ivalua, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows.

You bring up to 3 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of relevant professional experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or operations.
• Experience as a Buyer or within a procurement function is desirable.
• Familiarity with contract management and supplier onboarding processes.

At EPSA, we help organizations optimize their performance through expert procurement, financial, and operational consulting services. We are currently looking for a Procurement Operations Specialist to support key procurement processes for one of our clients.

As a Procurement Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of procurement activities and supplier management processes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to facilitate efficient procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the contract signature workflow from initiation to completion.
• Support and oversee supplier onboarding activities, ensuring all required documentation and compliance requirements are met.
• Maintain supplier and contract information within Ivalua.
• Collaborate with procurement teams and business stakeholders to ensure procurement processes run efficiently.
• Monitor and follow up on procurement-related requests and administrative activities.
• Contribute to process improvements and help optimize procurement workflows.

Your Profile

• Up to 3 years of relevant professional experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, or Procurement Operations.
• Previous experience working as a Buyer or within a Procurement function.
• Familiarity with contract management and supplier onboarding processes.
• Experience with Ivalua is a strong asset.
• Hands-on, proactive, and dynamic personality with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and international environment.

Languages

• Dutch, French, and English preferred.
• Strong proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a significant advantage.
