NATO International Staff (NATO IS) is seeking a procurement professional to manage a broad range of transactions, from demand intake to tendering or direct contracting, while ensuring timely and compliant processing within the Procure-to-Pay cycle.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal clients and external suppliers, usage of ERP systems, and the ability to operate in a multinational setting. A three-year definite duration contract is offered with potential renewal.

Qualifications

• Higher secondary education with 4 years relevant experience or a post-secondary degree in a related discipline.
• Experience as a buyer or procurement associate, preferably in a multinational or international organisation.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) or SAP/R3.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for internal and supplier interactions.
• Minimum NATO language levels: English Advanced (V) and French Elementary (II).

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance on the procurement process and ensure proper financial procedures are followed.
• Track invoices and maintain records of financial transactions.
• Coordinate procurement actions with internal clients across IS and NATO Agencies.
• Support accounts payable escalations and develop procurement-related skills.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
