EPSA is seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist to support core procurement processes and supplier management for a key client. You will coordinate contract signatures, onboarding, and maintain records in Ivalua, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows.

You bring up to 3 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of relevant professional experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or operations.
• Experience as a Buyer or within a procurement function is desirable.
• Familiarity with contract management and supplier onboarding processes.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate the contract signature workflow from initiation to completion.
• Support and oversee supplier onboarding activities, ensuring documentation and compliance.
• Maintain supplier and contract information within Ivalua.
• Collaborate with procurement teams and stakeholders to ensure processes run efficiently.
• Monitor and follow up on procurement-related requests and administrative activities.
• Contribute to process improvements and optimize procurement workflows.
