As Buyer Field Services, you are responsible for a diverse portfolio of field-service categories that support the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the high-voltage grid.

- Building effective, long-term relationships with suppliers and ensuring clear communication and alignment between all relevant stakeholders;
- Conducting market analyses, leading complex tendering processes and commercial negotiations, and managing contracts and strategic suppliers throughout their lifecycle;
- Identifying and managing commercial, contractual, operational and supplier-related risks, and ensuring appropriate mitigation measures are implemented;
- Ensuring the accurate implementation and follow-up of procurement contracts in the ERP system and related contract management tools;
- Leading cross-functional teams through transparent, structured and results-oriented collaboration, and coordinating decision-making across technical, operational, legal and financial stakeholders;
- Achieving the best overall balance between service, safety, quality, risk and cost in order to maximise value for the company.

- You combine empathy, maturity and credibility to build trusted relationships with internal customers, suppliers and team members;
- You are comfortable working autonomously, taking ownership of complex files and assuming a leading role, while remaining a collaborative team player;
- You communicate clearly, decisively and in a structured manner, including with senior stakeholders;
- You demonstrate strong analytical and commercial judgement and can quickly translate complex information into well-founded recommendations and decisions;
- You have proven negotiation skills and experience leading complex tenders and contract negotiations;
