Bpost in Belgium is seeking a Process Analyst to optimize and improve processes across the organization. You will analyze and map current processes, identify gaps, and support the implementation of improvements to ensure efficiency, quality and consistency.

Responsibilities include continuous improvement, data collection (KPIs/SLAs), risk assessment, and documentation. A Master’s degree and at least 3 years in a similar role are required, with strong French/Dutch and English language skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong skills in process analysis, mapping and documentation.
• Fluent in French or Dutch, good command of English.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and map As-Is processes and identify gaps.
• Support Owners in identifying improvement opportunities and implement actions.
• Contribute to design and implementation of new processes and automation.
• Assist in ICT tool testing, scripting, and validation.
• Draft and maintain process documentation and ensure best practices.
