BMW Group Belux is seeking an experienced professional to drive process improvement and act as the bridge between business teams and IT. You will translate needs into IT requests, map and optimize workflows, and ensure governance and compliance across the organisation.

The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree with 5+ years in process work, IT systems or project management, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years in process work, IT systems or project management.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to map and improve processes.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics simply.
• Structured and organized with multitasking ability and independent work in fast-paced environments.
• Affinity with IT and good knowledge of MS Office; Jira/Confluence/Signavio are a plus.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with French at an intermediate level.

Responsabilités

• Analyze existing workflows and identify improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Coordinate improvement projects from idea to implementation.
• Ensure processes comply with legal requirements, BMW governance standards and guidelines.
• Bridge business and IT by translating needs into IT requests, organizing user testing and supporting system changes.
• Maintain and update process documentation and assist in internal/external process audits.
• Support digitalisation initiatives such as automation (RPA) or AI-based improvements with the Digital Accelerator community.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects locally or internationally with planning, communication and delivery.
