Asenium Consulting in Brussels is seeking a Process Engineer to design and optimize end-to-end Execution Only processes within an investment banking environment, embedding risk controls and governance. This hybrid role combines on-site collaboration in Brussels with remote work, requires 2–5 years of domain experience and fluency in Dutch, French, and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in process engineering, management or business analysis.
• Experience in investment services or banking sector.
• Knowledge of process management tools and improvement methodologies.
• Strong risk management and control understanding.
• Excellent analytical, modelling and structuring skills.
• Strong facilitation, communication, influencing and negotiation capabilities.
• Fluent Dutch; good written/spoken French and English.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement new processes aligned with architecture principles and objectives.
• Review and improve processes for customer satisfaction, efficiency, and risk.
• Monitor process performance using KPIs, feedback and insights.
• Analyse business needs and contribute to change requirements and testing.
• Coordinate with Business, IT, ops and control functions during implementation.
• Create and maintain clear, accessible process documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Legal, Compliance, Permanent Control and governance.
• Support change management, user adoption and post-implementation activities in Agile delivery.
