Responsabilités

• Define and implement new business processes aligned with architecture principles and strategic objectives.
• Adapt and improve existing processes to enhance customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and risk management.
• Contribute to analysis, testing, and refinement of application changes when relevant.
• Monitor current processes using indicators and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct analyses and studies to support process design and optimization.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and operational stakeholders to ensure workable solutions.
• Create and maintain clear documentation to support standardization and incident handling.
• Ensure processes and documentation comply with internal and external guidelines (legal, compliance, control).
• Support change management activities and user adoption after implementation.
• Participate in ideation and solution design to align with business needs and risk objectives.
• Contribute to Agile delivery by helping the team complete planned sprint work.

Function

Our client is looking for a process professional to help shape and improve end-to-end investment and financial insurance processes within a multidisciplinary Agile environment. The assignment focuses on optimizing customer journeys, strengthening risk control, and supporting the delivery of efficient, compliant, and well-documented solutions for internal and external users.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement new business processes in line with the organization’s business architecture principles and strategic objectives.
• Adapt and improve existing processes to enhance customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and risk management.
• Contribute to the analysis, testing, and refinement of application changes when relevant.
• Monitor current processes using indicators, complaints, and operational feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct analyses and studies to support process design and optimization.
• Collaborate closely with business, IT, and operational stakeholders to ensure practical and workable solutions.
• Create and maintain clear, accessible documentation to support standardization, incident handling, and process adjustments.
• Ensure processes and related documentation comply with internal and external guidelines, including legal, compliance, and control requirements.
• Support change management activities and user adoption after implementation of new or revised processes.
• Participate actively in ideation and solution design to ensure alignment with business needs, bank strategy, efficiency, and risk management objectives.
• Contribute to Agile delivery by helping the team complete planned sprint work and taking shared ownership of outcomes.

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of process management tools.
• Experience with process improvement methods and techniques.
• Understanding of risk management and control principles.
• Knowledge of the investment or banking domain.
• Nice to have: basic understanding of business architecture, automation, robotization, and data management.

Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and model information clearly.

Practical Information
