DynaFin Consulting in Brussels seeks a Process Analyst/Engineer to own investor-related processes in an Agile environment, focusing on regulatory change and operational excellence.

You will design and analyze processes across the investment lifecycle, work with Product Owner, IT and business teams, and report progress to leadership.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in process engineering or business analysis, strong knowledge of investment products, and fluent English, Dutch and French.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as Process Engineer, Business Analyst or similar.
• Solid knowledge of investment products and related business processes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure and model processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end ownership of processes related to investment products and investor profiling (MiFID declarations, investor and sustainability profiles, renewals)
• Process design, analysis and optimisation across the full investment lifecycle
• Definition and review of business processes and flows together with the Product Owner
• Active contribution to solution design, ideation and change management
• Close collaboration with Business, IT and Go-to-Market stakeholders
• Participation in Agile ceremonies and coordination with IT development teams
• Reporting on feature progress and delivery at different organisational levels
