Asenium Consulting in Brussels seeks a Process Engineer with 2 years of experience for a one-year project in the investment and banking sector. You will be part of the contracting team and analyze end-to-end processes around portfolios contracts. You will work in a hybrid model: 50% on-site and 50% from home. Start date as soon as possible.

The role requires knowledge of process management tools and risk control, with collaboration across business and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in process engineering within the banking sector or investments.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to document processes clearly.
• Familiarity with risk management controls and regulatory guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement new business processes and subprocesses aligned with architecture and strategic goals.
• Continuously improve existing processes to enhance customer satisfaction, efficiency and risk management.
• Monitor processes using KPIs and customer feedback; identify improvements.
• Conduct process analyses and studies to identify optimization opportunities.
• Define requirements and test changes to applications as needed.
• Coordinate with business, IT and operations teams; ensure up-to-date process documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal/external guidelines (Legal, Compliance, Control, Audit).
• Support change management initiatives and assist users after changes are implemented.
• Participate in ideation with business and IT partners and join Agile ceremonies.
