Keystone Solutions is seeking a Process Engineer for a Brussels-based client. You will work on-site as a Keystone Solutions consultant, contributing to process definition, improvement, and testing within an Agile team.

You will collaborate with business and IT partners across squads to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements. The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, French/English proficiency and Dutch fluency, plus strong process management and risk-control skills.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of process management tools is mandatory.
• Experience in Invest or Banking sector context is mandatory.
• Familiarity with process improvement methods and techniques is mandatory.
• Mastery of risk management and controls is mandatory.
• Notions of business architecture, automation, and data management are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement new business (sub)processes within business architecture principles and strategic objectives.
• Adjust and improve existing processes for customer satisfaction, efficiency, and risk management.
• Contribute to application changes and testing as needed.
• Monitor and assess processes using key indicators and customer feedback, identifying improvements.
• Conduct analyses and studies related to process management.
• Communicate with all stakeholders, including operational teams, to ensure effective implementation.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for standardized implementation, incident resolution, and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines (Legal, Compliance, Permanent Control, General Inspection).
• Guide change management, ensuring customers and employees master new or changed processes.
• Provide user support after implementation of changes.
• Collaborate with Business and IT partners during ideation phases to ensure solutions meet customer and employee needs, align with strategy, and achieve efficiency and risk management objectives.
• Work within a multidisciplinary Agile team, contributing to defining, building, testing, and implementing products or services.
• Help deliver stories in planned sprints, supporting the team beyond your area of expertise.
• Organize work independently, estimating scope and complexity of tasks.
• Commit to work during sprints or trimesters via Agile Ceremonies.
