DynaFin Consulting is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize and digitize investment-related customer processes in Belgium. You will design, improve, and implement end-to-end solutions ensuring compliant, efficient customer experiences.

You will work with business and IT stakeholders, translate needs into concrete requirements, and participate in Agile ceremonies to drive initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as Process Engineer, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience in financial services, investments, or wealth management.
• Knowledge of investor onboarding, profiling, or related customer processes.
• Strong analytical and process modelling skills.
• Experience collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with good English proficiency.

We are looking for a Process Engineer to support the optimization and digitalization of investment-related customer processes. You will contribute to the design, improvement, and implementation of end-to-end solutions while ensuring an efficient and compliant customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve existing business processes and customer journeys.
• Define and document end-to-end process flows.

Profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as Process Engineer, Business Analyst, or similar.
• Experience within financial services, investments, or wealth management.
• Knowledge of investor onboarding, investor profiling, or investment-related customer processes.
• Strong analytical and process modelling skills.
• Experience working with business and IT stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good command of English.
