DynaFin Consulting is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize and digitize investment-related customer processes in Belgium. You will design, improve, and implement end-to-end solutions ensuring compliant, efficient customer experiences.

You will work with business and IT stakeholders, translate needs into concrete requirements, and participate in Agile ceremonies to drive initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as Process Engineer, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience in financial services, investments, or wealth management.
• Knowledge of investor onboarding, profiling, or related customer processes.
• Strong analytical and process modelling skills.
• Experience collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with good English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and improve existing business processes and customer journeys.
• Define and document end-to-end process flows.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver functional solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and process improvements.
• Support the implementation of process changes and new functionalities.
• Ensure alignment between operational efficiency, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and challenge stakeholder requirements.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates on assigned initiatives.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery activities.
