Senior Process Consultant HyperAutomation

We are looking for a Senior Process Consultant to join our HyperAutomation team.

Your role will be to support our clients in the financial services sector by leading business process improvement and automation initiatives. The consultant will conduct diagnostics, facilitate workshops, and propose concrete enhancements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. The role involves coordinating end-to-end process and automation projects, ensuring timely delivery, and managing interactions with stakeholders. A strong background in project management, process transformation, and ideally integration of automation tools is required.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Lead workshops to analyze and optimize business processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define improvement initiatives
• Measure performance and define KPIs
• Define and manage project scope and deliverables
• Coordinate deliverables and client interactions

Profile

• 5 to 8 years of experience in process improvement, transformation, or consulting roles
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
• Strong analytical and facilitation skills
• Project management experience, ideally with certification
• Experience with enterprise-wide transformation
• Familiarity with process automation and RPA tools is a plus
• Background in the financial sector is a strong asset
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French, with a good understanding of the other language
