Asenium Consulting is seeking a Senior Process Engineer in Brussels to join an International Payments Connect Domestic squad. The role follows a 50/50 hybrid model (on-site and homeworking) with an immediate start date.

You will manage and develop processes and systems related to international payments for domestic markets. You will drive process improvements, collaborate with Business and IT teams, and contribute to an Agile, cross-functional environment that prioritizes efficiency and risk

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business analysis, process analysis and change management.
• Experience with process modelling tools and flowchart creation.
• Knowledge of process improvement methods and techniques.
• Affinity for testing and preparing demos.
• Risk management and control.
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch; English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement new business processes and subprocesses in line with Business Architecture principles and strategic objectives.
• Adjust and continuously improve existing processes to enhance customer satisfaction, efficiency, and risk management.
• Monitor and assess processes using key indicators, customer complaints, and other inputs.
• Document end-to-end view of processes through business and process analyses.
• Define application change requirements and contribute to testing when appropriate.
• Collaborate with Business, IT, operational teams, and other stakeholders.
• Create and maintain clear, accessible process documentation.
• Ensure processes and documentation comply with Legal, Compliance, Permanent Control, and General Inspection guidelines.
• Identify change needs and conduct change management activities.
• Provide post-implementation follow-up and user support.
• Participate in ideation to align solutions with customer and employee needs, objectives, efficiency, and risk management.
• Contribute to sprint delivery within a multidisciplinary Agile team.
• Estimate task scope and commit to sprint or quarterly deliverables through Agile ceremonies and Quarterly Agile Planning.

We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer (2 years of relevant experience) to join an International Payments Connect Domestic squad in Brussels. You will manage and develop processes and systems related to international payments for domestic markets. The role follows a hybrid model, with 50% on-site work and 50% homeworking. The start date is as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement new business processes and subprocesses in line with Business Architecture principles and strategic objectives.
• Adjust and continuously improve existing processes to enhance customer satisfaction, efficiency, and risk management.
• Monitor and assess processes using key indicators, customer complaints, and other available inputs.
• Conduct business and process analyses and document an end-to-end view.
• Define application change requirements and contribute to testing when appropriate.
• Liaise with Business, IT, operational teams, and other stakeholders.
• Create and maintain clear, accessible process documentation.
• Ensure that processes and documentation comply with internal and external Legal, Compliance, Permanent Control, and General Inspection guidelines.
