Vivid Resourcing is assisting a Brussels-based client in finding a Process Engineer / Process Analyst to join a two-year transformation programme focused on accelerating Research & Development operations.

You will analyse, optimise and standardise business processes across R&D, identify improvements, facilitate workshops and design processes to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-delivery. Strong BPMN modelling and Lean Six Sigma are essential, with regulated-industry experience desirable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Process Engineer, Process Analyst or Business Process Consultant.
• Strong experience modelling business processes using BPMN.
• Experience within regulated industries is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Analyse and document existing business processes across R&D.
• Design and document future processes using BPMN.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather and challenge requirements.
• Define and document process standards, governance and KPIs.

You will support a 2-year initiative to analyse, optimise and standardise business processes across R&D. You will identify process improvement opportunities, facilitate workshops and design processes that increase efficiency and reduce time-to-delivery.

The role requires strong expertise in business process modelling using BPMN and the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
