Nexeo is seeking a Process Engineer / Business Analyst to join the Payments team of a leading banking client in Brussels. You will drive end-to-end process improvements across international payments, balancing business needs, technology and operations.

In this agile environment you will partner with Business, IT and Operations, deliver clear process documentation, support changes, and ensure risk controls are embedded in end-to-end solutions for multilingual stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Process Engineering, Business Analysis or a similar role.
• Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with process modelling tools.
• Strong ability to create and maintain process maps and flowcharts.
• Experience with business testing and demonstrations.
• Knowledge of risk management and internal controls.
• Experience in Payments / International Payments.
• Fluent English; multilingual environment.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement new business processes and sub-processes in line with the organization's strategic objectives.
• Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve customer satisfaction, efficiency and risk management.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization and continuous improvement.
• Analyze existing processes using KPIs, customer feedback, operational data and incidents.
• Conduct business and process analyses to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Develop an end-to-end view of processes, connecting business needs, capabilities, technology and operations.
• Ensure processes align with Business Architecture and strategic objectives.
• Model and document business processes using process modelling techniques and flowcharts.
• Create clear, structured and easy-to-understand process documentation.
• Maintain process documentation throughout the full process lifecycle.
• Ensure processes and documentation comply with internal and external requirements.
• Act as a bridge between Business, IT and Operations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to processes and applications.
• Work with IT teams to define requirements for application changes and enhancements.
• Contribute to testing and validation of process-related application changes.
• Participate in ideation and solution design activities.
• Ensure proposed solutions meet customer and employee needs while remaining efficient, simple and risk-controlled.
• Work with operational teams to reflect real-life business activities in process designs.
• Identify change management needs.
• Support implementation of process and application changes.
• Prepare users and operational teams for new processes and ways of working.
• Organize communication, documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and collect feedback.
