Rhox, a major Belgian financial institution, is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to define end-to-end processes for international payments in Belgium. You will use process modelling tools and flow charts to map subprocesses, improve efficiency, and strengthen controls in collaboration with business and IT teams.

In a multidisciplinary Agile squad, you will own the process lifecycle from analysis to testing, coordinate demos, document changes, and support adoption.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in process engineering or a similar role.
• Experience with process modelling and end-to-end flows.
• Ability to analyse needs, model subprocesses and monitor indicators.
• Experience with testing and demos, documenting changes.
• Knowledge of risk management and controls, and stakeholder negotiation.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement new subprocesses aligned with architecture and objectives.
• Assess processes using indicators and feedback to improve satisfaction, efficiency, and risk controls.
• Model end-to-end flows and maintain standardised documentation.
• Translate business needs into test scenarios and coordinate application testing and demos.
• Guide change management with stakeholders and support sprint commitments.
