Cairos is seeking a Process Engineer (F/M/X) to support one of our customers in Brussels. In this project, you will verify IT compliance and contribute to the client’s quality assurance efforts within the information system.

You will advise agents on information system quality, help define action plans for auditing recommendations, and actively participate in team meetings to drive improvements. This role offers collaboration with cross-functional teams in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality processes and audits.
• Knowledge of ISO standards relevant to IT quality.
• Familiarity with review and audit techniques.
• Hands-on experience in setting up and monitoring quality policies.
• Basic understanding of project management methods.

Responsabilités

Profile

• A first successful experience in the quality process
• Knowledge of ISO standards and standards governing the field of IT quality
• Knowledge of review and audit techniques
• Hands‑on experience in setting up and monitoring quality policies
• Basic knowledge of and/or experience in project management at least one project management method
• Knowledge of modeling tools... (UML, BPMN, ...)
