Cairos is seeking a Process Engineer (F/M/X) to support one of our customers in Brussels. In this project, you will verify IT compliance and contribute to the client’s quality assurance efforts within the information system.

You will advise agents on information system quality, help define action plans for auditing recommendations, and actively participate in team meetings to drive improvements. This role offers collaboration with cross-functional teams in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality processes and audits.
• Knowledge of ISO standards relevant to IT quality.
• Familiarity with review and audit techniques.
• Hands-on experience in setting up and monitoring quality policies.
• Basic understanding of project management methods.

Responsabilités

• Verify compliance with the IT requirements of the customer’s internal control system.
• Advise agents on the quality of the information system.
• Assist agents in defining action plans to audit recommendations about the information system.
• Participate in team meetings.
