Job summary

Mielabelo is seeking a skilled Process Coach to lead the Process Team in daily activities, improvements, and alignment with the Group process framework. You will drive consistency across teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with key partners to optimize processes and knowledge tools.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, proven IT delivery experience, and the ability to facilitate workshops with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and structure in complex matters.
• Proven experience in IT delivery and/or production.
• Clear communication and collaboration in multidisciplinary environments.
• Ability to facilitate and coach workshops with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to produce high-quality written content and structure information clearly.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experience with process improvement techniques (e.g., PDCA, value stream mapping).
• Familiarity with IT management frameworks.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Certification optional: Lean or IT framework.

Challenge |

In this role, you will:

• Coach and mentor the Process Team in their daily activities, improvements and team evolution
  Define and maintain IT processes aligned with the Group process framework, creating consistency and standardization across teams. (e.g. delivery management, organization, sourcing, risk and security management, …)

• Ensure compliance and proactively identify gaps or improvement needs caused by our sources (IT Group rules, National Bank of Belgium or EU regulations, …).

• Coach and collaborate with our key partners, enabling them to steer and continuously simplify and optimize processes across the organization. - Support process maturity assessments and contribute to process documentation within the agile referential.

• Ensure the evolution of the process agile referential and knowledge management tools.

• Has strong analytical skills, create structure in complex matters.

• Has a proven experience in IT delivery and/or Production.

• Communicates clearly, collaborates effectively, and excels in multidisciplinary environments.

• Can facilitate and coach workshops with multiple stakeholders.

• Can produce high-quality written content, structure information cleanly.

• English fluent in English, both orally and in writing

• Education Master degree or equivalent experience

• Experience with process improvement techniques (e.g., PDCA, value stream mapping,..).
