Job summary

Rhox is seeking a senior process analyst to refine financial processes, reporting and supporting systems for life insurance products. The focus is on practical improvements to existing workflows rather than large-scale transformations.

You will analyse and prioritise business requests, translate needs into concrete process and reporting enhancements, and identify inefficiencies and risks. You’ll facilitate workshops with business and IT and align initiatives across end-to-end finance processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of life insurance products and processes.
• Understanding of accounting and financial reporting, including BEGAAP and IFRS.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills.
