Louis Vuitton Services Europe in Brussels is seeking a Private Client Advisor to join the Omnichannel Client Development team. You will cultivate meaningful relationships with Louis Vuitton’s clients, identify prospects and develop your clientele book, delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Luxury retail + distance selling
• Record of top performance in current role
• Strong business acumen and client development experience
• Ability to communicate with VIPs/HNWI in written and spoken form
• Passionate about styling and fashion tech
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Responsabilités

• Own and manage a portfolio of high-value clients, including frequent clients and new acquisitions.
• Proactively anticipate client needs, curating personalized recommendations and experiences.
• Act as a personal shopper and stylist for clients, guiding products and exclusive offerings.
• Organize and host client meetings, appointments, and events, both digital and in-person.
• Drive sales performance by achieving/exceeding targets with emphasis on client retention and high-value transactions.
• Utilize insights from client behavior to inform personalized sales strategies.
• Represent the Maison with trust, loyalty, and exceptional experiences in every interaction.
• Continuously improve client experiences with proactive engagement.
