Job summary
Bridgestone EMEA seeks a Pricing Lead to join the European HQ Consumer Pricing Team. The role blends strategic support with hands-on analysis to define and evolve the European pricing strategy across markets.
You will partner with regional teams, build pricing models and tools, and translate strategic vision into actionable guidelines while ensuring alignment with financial targets and product positioning. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in pricing roles, strong Excel/Power BI, and stakeholder
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or similar.
- 3+ years in Consulting, Pricing, Sales Operations or similar roles.
- Strong Excel, Power BI and pricing tooling experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the European Consumer pricing strategy.
- Be the main pricing contact for assigned regions and ensure alignment.
- Partner with regional teams on pricing decisions and promos.
- Build models and analyses to support decisions and business cases.
- Translate strategy into pricing frameworks, tools and guidelines.
- Monitor pricing performance and identify improvements.
- Align pricing strategy with financial targets and product positioning.
- Support commercial decisions balancing market dynamics and constraints.
